Hillsboro Chamber endorses Starr for Labor Commissioner

Bruce Starr2 Hillsboro Chamber endorses Starr for Labor Commissioner(Hillsboro, Oregon) Bruce Starr announces the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee endorses his campaign for Oregon’s Commissioner of Labor and Industries.

“Senator Starr has a long history of working with and for the business community in Hillsboro,” said Deana Palm, Executive Director of the Hillsboro Chamber. “The decision to support and endorse him in this position was due in no small part to the leadership Bruce has shown throughout his tenure as Senator…Bruce has a track record of working in a bi-partisan fashion to get things done.”

“I am honored to have my hometown Chamber’s endorsement,” remarked Starr. “I will work hard to create a business friendly environment to help put Oregon families back to work.”

Bruce Starr is a small business owner and lives in Hillsboro with his wife, Rebecca, and two children. Starr is a graduate of Portland State University and is currently serving his third term in the Oregon State Senate.

    Is the endorsement from the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce, or the Hillsboro Chamber of commerce PAC?

    And, is Bruce Starr now going to claim that thousands of more laborers endorse him now that the businesses that belong to the Hillsboro Chamber PAC have thousands of employees?
