John Davis wins state House District 26 GOP nomination

by NW Spotlight

John Davis won the election this evening by Washington and Clackamas County Precinct Committee Persons (PCPs) in the first round of voting. The election was to replace Rep. Matt Wingard in this November’s election for state House District 26, Wilsonville.

Four great Republican candidates spoke tonight at the nomination convention in the Wilsonville Library. In addition to John Davis, Lindsay Berschauer, Richard Vial and Randy Harvey spoke and answered questions from the PCPs prior to the voting. House District 26 is very fortunate to have four Republican candidates as qualified and well spoken as these.

John Davis, a local business and real estate attorney, plans to start campaigning first thing tomorrow!
