The Hill reported [2] this past week that some top Obama donors are frustrated that Obama has been outraised for the third month in a row by the Mitt Romney campaign.
That’s quite a change from the 2008 campaign when Barack Obama raised a record-setting [3] $750 million – after breaking a promise [4] to use public financing. And despite his disingenuous vilification of Wall Street, Obama was a major recipient of Wall Street campaign contributions. In fact, even as of last November [5], Obama had received more campaign money from Wall Street than George Bush!
Paul Ryan fundraising bump
Fox News is reporting [6] that Mitt Romney’s campaign has taken in $3.5 million online in the last 24-hours, since the announcement of Paul Ryan as Romney’s VP running mate.
