We are really pleased to feature as our special speaker, one of our own champions of limited government, Matt Wingard, who is serving in his first term in the Oregon House of Represntatives. As many of you know Matt’s outlook is essentially libertarian, and through that perspective will yield a view of Salem that will be both entertaining and instructive about the back-scratching and corruption that is life in the Capitol Building.
