Senator Chip Shields hides from KGW-TV on early release bill

KGW-TV did a great news segment on the court room arsonist who applied for early release (Because of the Legislature’s HB 3508 bill) and another story on a rapist who was released early and re-offended. KGW-TV tried to interview the architect of the bill, State Senator Chip Sheilds who has so far ignored the media on this embrassing and terrible law.
