If it wasn’t for the union I would not have a job. I usually come to work late, leave early, and don’t really do much when I am there…lucky for me the union protects me and my right to a job. When I know I cannot be fired then why should I worry??
    Piece of cake….

    • Eric Blair

      Fail.

    • DavidAppell

My father was a member of a union. So were my three uncles, and my two grandfathers. They worked their asses off, back when that still mattered.

They would have put you to shame (after decking your ass in the parking lot.)

  • Rx, clear the blood clots asap

‘Primate’ sector unions like the ILWU still moniker ‘howler’ from trees adjoining the Public sector rivers still in flood stage and drowning US inferiors.
FYI, please: FDR was correct with his warning about public sector collective bargaining units having bearings, twit know, gone for too long unaudited and uncontested!
    G. Louse ticks, awe gee whiz, gong nuts!
Today the fruits of such labors have intact boo coo formulas and COLA’s
the private sector in all FX not even half not.

Why shouldn’t public employees get to unionize? Because it might cost you a little money?

      • Eric Blair

That’s what it is all about. Money. The whole “Right to Work”(for less) movement is about money and political power. Most conservatives who support RtW(FL) really don’t care about workers, they’re just unhappy that unions are a counter-balance to the money flowing into elections from corporations. They’re also unhappy that unions tend to raise wages for everyone.. including non-union workers.

        • DavidAppell

I totally agree, Eric. Nicely put.

Eric Blair and David Appell, two loosely wound left wing nuts restraining Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s flap drawer from opening wilder.
