It’s too late to mail in your ballots for the 2016 Primary, you’ll need to drop them off at this point. According to the Oregon Secretary of State [1] “All ballots must be received by your county elections office by 8 p.m. on May 17, 2016. Postmarks do not count.”
The latest Secretary of State numbers [2] from last Thursday (5/12) show that only 1/4th of voters had returned their ballots.
If you haven’t voted yet and need help making your choices, here’s a voting resource page [3] with voter guides and a link to ballot drop-off locations.
