He represents NY City, ground zero of 9/11. He was pissed off that Republicans voted to block funding to pay for health care for those who dug through the rubble, breathed in a lot of toxic junk, and are now having health issues. So what is it you object to, what he is for or that he lost his cool?

Was the vote against a larger bill to which benefits for 9/11 police and fireman were attached ??

As I understand it, the vote was against a procedure that prohibited amendments from being attached. Republicans wanted to attach certain items to the bill and the Democrats said no.
