“Good news! I completed my six months of chemo treatments for lymphoma, a form of cancer known as Hodgkins. Even better, based on Pet/Cat scans, my oncologist said I’m cured. They say that what I had is the ‘best of the worst’. Fortunately, the side effects from chemo didn’t keep me from spending half-days at Oregonians In Action helping with the battle to protect Measure 37. Now that I’m gradually getting my strength back, I hope I can do more in these crucial efforts”
