Kylee Kindred of Clackamas organized a “Flash Caroling” yesterday at Clackamas Town Center after being inspired while visiting the mall in the wake of the 12/11/2012 tragedy there.
Yesterday’s Flash Caroling was picked up by local TV stations KATU [1] and KOIN [2].
