The Oregonian is reporting [2] that Oregon House Democrats had to abandon their $275 million tax package – the Measure 66 & 67 redux [3] – and instead passed the Republican minority report that calls for “$20 million per year by cracking down on off-shore ‘tax shelters.'”
The GOP revenue minority report passed 60-0. Considering how dominant Democrats are in Oregon government [4], this is a very impressive feat for the Oregon House Republicans!
