Taxpayer Rally to Counter Obama Visit

By Americans for Prosperity Oregon Chapter

In the last few weeks, President Obama has gone out of his way to criticize the 1.6 million activists – people just like you – who make up Americans for Prosperity. The President asks, sarcastically, “Who are the Americans for Prosperity?” On the afternoon of Wednesday, October 20, President Obama will be in Portland for a rally. AFP activists from across the state will join together for our own rally to answer the President’s question. The truth is that YOU are AFP.

We will gather at noon for music and fun at Michael’s Italian Beef and Sausage in Portland, and then make our way to the Convention Center to show the President what we look like! Our guests will include AFP National President Tim Phillips, AFP-Oregon State Director Jeff Kropf, and all our friends from Tea Party groups around Oregon.
