Latest: Candidate Jon Lim presses Gov. Lieutenant plan

While in Eastern Oregon former state senator and current GOP governor candidate John Lim is running on the platform of creating a Lieutenant Governor position. This is an idea he promoted during his term as a lawmaker. Statesman Journal blurb here.
