Political Predictions?

The Oregonian led with front page story “Democrats could see a sweep in Salem” highlighting that come Tuesday the Democrats could control all three Legislative branches — Governor, House and Senate. We have the weakest incumbent governor in the nation and teh strongest challenger. Beyond that we have 10 ballot measures at stake in a wirlwind of ads. We also have 31% voter turn-out so far as of Friday Nov 3rd.

Big questions remain; Who will turn out to vote in the end? Howdoes one explain the erratic polling? Is Oregon being impacted by Congressional problems and national mood swings?
