Multnomah Court ruling on bike lanes creates frenzy

A Multnomah Traffic Court Judge removed a traffic citation for a car for turning right into an intersection (and consequently hit a cyclists) because the bike path’s painted lanes disappeared at the intersection which take the rights away from the cyclist and unto the driver. The Judge says he was just interpreting the law. Cyclist say they are losing their legal rights at every intersection in Portland. Should the traffic laws be changed?
