CQ-Roll Call recently moved Oregon CD-5 from “Likely Democratic” to “Leans Democratic.” This move follows a recent poll showing that candidate Scott Bruun leads Congressman Kurt Schrader by a three-point margin among Congressional District-5 voters, as well as significant endorsements from Oregon’s agriculture and natural resource groups.
