Gov. Brown’s lockdown comes with 30-day jail penalty

Oregon Governor Kate Brown has currently enacted one of the most toughest lockdowns in the nation and according to the Oregonian it comes with a 30-day jail penalty.

“The governor’s office cited emergency authority granted to her by Oregon law. Violators could face up to 30 days in jail, a fine of up to $1,250, or both.”
