3 candidates selected for Rep. Leif replacement vote

Eight candidates applied to replace State Representative Gary Leif who died suddenly this summer, and these three made the final list.  Here is the list in order of votes won.

1. Stephen Loosley,
2. Elias LaLande
3. Christine Goodwin

 

Stephen Loosley, — Small business owner, Served on Board  of Umpqua Community College and the Umpqua Valley Development Corp. Has Theology degree.

Elias LaLande — Former political Director for the Alex Skarlatos campaign.

Christine Goodwin — Served local School Board,  County Planning Commission and  interim Douglas County Commissioner.

Goodwin sits on the Douglas County Planning Commission, held the title of interim Douglas County Commissioner
