General election match ups in Oregon and Washington reveal a dead heat in both states when Hillary Clinton and Rudy Giuliani go head to head, but when pitting Giuliani against Barack Obama in Washington, Obama has a 10-point advantage. The following table shows results for the three ballot tests in our recent statewide surveys.
