43 local tax measures on ballot, $1.3B in higher taxes

There are at least 43 local tax measures on the Oregon May Primary Ballot.  These local tax measures, if approved, total more than $1.3 billion in higher taxes.   There are four hotel taxes and lots of property taxes.
