King Charles III, Royal Nag?

Brace yourselves for organic gardening tips from Windsor Castle. A professional activist has succeeded the apolitical Queen Elizabeth II.

Charles may be royal, but he has the sheepish instinct of that progressive next door. You know, the one with the “In Our America” sign in his front yard.

Can Britain’s constitutional monarchy handle a king firmly planted in left-wing politics? I don’t know. Indeed, I don’t know why they go along with the royal charade at all.

All I know is the seven-decade honeymoon we had with a dignified queen is over. Having a pedantic progressive heap scorn on commerce, industry, and bourgeois achievement from a guy that has achieved so little will probably make him a royal joke in this country.
