(video panic) Shooting near game sends crowd fleeing

During a basketball game at Franklin High School there was gunfire int he parking lot. One person was injured. It happened around 7:40 p.m. as Cleveland High was playing Roosevelt High. Watch the KOIN-TV video below:

This shooting happens as another shooting took place near Lincoln High recently.

This shooting happens as Portland defunded their police by $12 million, pulled Portland Police from being used in school security, disbanded the Gun Violence Response Team, and Governor Kate Brown released 1,000 criminals early from prison in Oregon.
