Portland has announced their 5th government created/controlled mass homeless camp shelters.   Two more are set to be created.

This one photo above shows how close these (100+ homeless) camps are next to people’s homes.  It is right next door as the man interviewed discovered.

Portland is paying $50 million to a private company to create these camps.

Will they work?  Will they expand even further?  Comment online.
