Stamps jump 20% (after $107 billion bailout) Why?

Last year, a First Class Postage Stamp cost 55 cents.

Also last year, Congress gave the Postal Service $107 billion bailout to help them out of financial trouble.

Now taxpayers who mail get a rate increase to the new 66 cents, only some 16 months later.

That is a 20% increase since the bailout.

Yet parcel business is booming.
