Ex-Portland student captured during Israel attack confirmed dead

According to the BBC, The mother of Shani Louk, an Israeli-German woman was recently a student at the Portland Jewish Academy, says her daughter is dead. The mother explained that Israeli military did a DNA sample taken from a skull had confirmed this. Shani’s sister also re-affirmed the death.  Shani was among those attending the music festival on October 7th.

What is additionally sad, is that many liberal people are tearing down the hostage posters of those who were captured like Shani Louk:
