Oregon was rated the #2 biggest job loss state in America by Wallet Hub. Oregon, witnessed the #2 highest increase in unemployment claims among all states in America. Additionally, Oregon had also came in first for the most unemployment claims filed per 100,000 People for the same time period measured.
