Mass boarded-up shops ahead of tolerant Portland election

You Tuber channel, Metal Leo (60,000 subscribers), walked downtown Portland ahead of the election night.

He found that the city was boarded up.   One person conducting the boarding up explained that they were boarding up to 20 different buildings.
