Readers:

Welcome to this short clip designed to be a simple reminder.  We will have a full set of clips out this weekend as the world in reality is getting darker and more dangerous.

While Vice President Harris may have conceded the Presidential election, please keep in mind, the ‘election’ counting is still in progress in Oregon.  Eight days.  Be patient, be observant, and be peaceful.

Oregon’s super majority Democrat legislature passed postage paid ballots and eight-day ballot returns via US mail.  Whether you agree or not, the fact is ballots are still being returned.  No statewide election has been finally determined, only one of the ballot measures has been determined, and several congressional seats have not been determined despite corporate media hogwash along with talking heads.

FYI, Steiner, Rayfield, and even Reed supported eight-day ballot returns and counting to ensure every voter’s ballot was considered.  This includes military ballots which we should all ensure are counted.  Thus, all of them can wait for the results in eight days.  Why does it matter?

Per the Oregon Secretary of State, as of 11:45 AM today, November 6th, 1,745,184 ballots have been counted by the county clerks.  The SoS predicted based on 2020 and 2022 elections 80% voter turnout which is reasonable.  Voter registrations is 3,068,136 voters with expected turn out to be 2,454,508.  Thus, over the next eight days we should see another 709,324 ballots that will arrive to be counted.

You can and should track the SoS elections results daily or more at this link.

Again, some 700,000 ballots are yet to arrive and/or be counted per the Sec of State.

Why is this important?  Couple examples.

5th Congressional District has Bynum and Chavez 6973 votes apart.  308,448 ballots counted.  543,319 registered voters.  80% forecast means 434,655 votes expected thus there is likely another 126,207 votes to come.

Attorney General race is Rayfield verses Linthicum.  Sec of State really has this one screwed up for some reason.  This morning per Sec of State 1,796,194 votes were casted in the race.  Yet, ballots counted was 1,744,486.  Less than cast.  The Presidential ballots at the same time were 1,726,762 meaning less than the AG race.  Unheard of.  Then at 1215 pm today, the SoS reduced the results to 1,652,498 taking votes away from both candidates.  Lathrop was then 768,983 with Rayfield 881,559 the difference 112,576.  80% turnout would mean there is 802,010 ballots yet to come approximately.  Likely less as down ballot but not much.

No statewide election is decided yet.  Do Democrats vote early?  Do Republicans vote late?  Did Joe Rogan and other Podcasters drive out younger voters for whom whose ballots are in the mail?  Whose GOTV was better?  Millennials?  Unions?  And where?

In the State legislative races some House districts only total 10,000 votes but should be in the 30,000 range minimum.  State Senate races twice that number.  So in eight days, or maybe by this weekend, we will know the real results of the election for future planning.

Only ballot Measure 118 is statistically safe in the No vote range.  The rest are yet to be seen after another 700,000 plus or minus votes are counted.

We need to ensure all ballots legally cast are counted before jumping to say this or that about who or what won or lost.  That corporate media are ignorant, as are consultants, of 21st Century elections, we all should not be … we are fighting the next war not the past war.

In the meantime, remember, Government serves Government not the People, so watch the Secretary of State webpage, disregard corporate media other than assess its inaccuracy, and keep score of every unusual change in the government’s election process for the next week.  The presently elected Democrats in Oregon have been and will continue to attempt to stir up trouble as an excuse for censorship and lockdowns.  Let them talk to themselves.  Wait and watch.

Be patient, be courteous, be peaceful, be civil, be informed, be prepared, and be ready.

De oppresso liber.

Sincerely,

Brian Boquist

Oregon State Senator
