Fast Fact: Wiretapping tool nabs German terrorist may end

Two of the suspected terrorists arrested last week in Germany were caught because of intercepted telephone conversations conducted by American authorities. This week in Congress, the House Judiciary Committee is beginning hearings on limiting such wiretapping program. Already liberals are suing American phone companies that assist American intelligence in such programs.
