Oregon’s largest city, Portland, continues to face significant challenges with homelessness. Local independent reporter Brandon Farley, who previously ran for the city council in Portland, recently shared photos taken this week that illustrate how the city is experiencing a resurgence in homelessness, reminiscent of the high levels seen during the COVID pandemic.
