2 odd Portland photos

The left photo shows off the homeless pod village by Urban Alchemy at the Clinton Triangle site. See KPTV story for more. The operators say they have a good success rate.

The right photo by reporter Kevin Dahlgren shows an outdoor latrine set ablaze by an expected homeless person. At times, nearly half of all fire calls are homeless related in Portland. It also represents how hard it is to place public bathrooms for the homeless to reduce human waste on our streets.  See video here.
