I hope you’re prepared for more violent crime, because that’s what voters and those they’ve elected have chosen.

Public opinion polls show almost twice as many citizens prefer cutting more police from an already under-policed Portland. BLM/Antifa mobs demanded defunding police and got it. Now citizens want city hall to solve its budget problems by cutting more.

Don’t expect arrests.

Multnomah County rolled out its new budget with millions in cuts to the DA’s office…which has been shortchanged for a long time.

Don’t expect prosecution.

Northwest states and cities chose sanctuary status, and as the round up of border jumpers continues nationwide, expect criminal aliens to seek refuge here.

The homeless population costs literally hundreds of millions of dollars. And the drug addiction that fuels that problem continues as a steady flow of narcotics keeps street prices cheap.

About a week ago, police left a dangerous, armed man free in a ritzy neighborhood after he threatened officers with a knife.
