No Kings and Kotek recall rallies to collide at Capitol?

October 18th is a national “No Kings Day” liberal call to protest which includes at the State Capitol 12-3.  At the same time, the recall Tina Kotek petition drive is hosting a caravan which ends at the State Capitol at 1:00 with a rally at 2:00.   Both groups are at the Capitol at once.  A double display of democracy.
