How is Gas Tax gonna help newly fired 669 Intel workers?

Intel has just announced 669 layoffs — making it nearly 3,000 Oregon employees that have been laid of by Intel.

Oregon Governor Tina Kotek’s $4.3 billion gas tax will tax the unemployed every time they go to a job interview. Oregon’s jobless will be making a lot of trips to job interviews because Oregon ranks among the worst states to find a job.

Kotek’s gas tax will increase the price of every grocery item they buy as it increases delivery costs. This tax creates more misery for an already miserable situation.
