I witnessed four drug overdoses in ten minutes on the streets of Portland. The first to respond with these two overdoses was a female impersonator, security guards from Echelon and other Homeless. One of the two men for sure lived. The other probably not. pic.twitter.com/VH0N2fz1SZ
