It can take as many as two security cars outside to make Target feel safe

We are noticing a lot more security at retail stores in Portland.  At a North Portland Target store there were two security vehicles parked out front.  Two security guards were there as greeters just inside the entrance.   Target has already been suffering continued decline in sales annually across the nation. In Portland, each store has to lose even more to theft and problem customers (homeless, addicts).

Walmart has closed all their Portland locations over crime.

Portland stores lock up Top Ramen from shoplifters.

 

Here is a Target store that locked up their detergent.

 

 

This is a result of Portland’s soft-on-crime ways.
