Lawmakers find $70M ODOT waste in plain sight

Two amazing lawmakers, Representative Shelly Boshart-Davis and Representative Ed Diehl are spreading the word on $70 million in Electric Vehicle hand-outs at a time that ODOT says they are broke and cannot provide road safety.
