Stolen items end up here in homeless re-sell tent (CA)

Independent journalist and homeless advocate Kevin Dahlgren while in Los Angeles, California shows us an example of a re-sell market for stolen items among the homeless.  This have been found in Portland, although more rare than California due to their theft-enabling laws.

On Skid Row, illegal tent “supermarkets” have become big business. Hundreds of makeshift stores openly resell merchandise that appears to be stolen.
