Medics rescue homeless drunk man 5x in 1 day

A highly intoxicated homeless man is lifted onto a gurney as paramedics respond—again. Just minutes later, I speak with a Clean & Safe worker who’s been out here all day. He tells me this is the fifth time this same man has been called in today. Fifth. In one day.
