Vigilante light beam candidate ad deemed unlawful

The Oregon Department of Transportation said that the candidate light beam ad over their Highway 26 tunnel was not allowed.   The ad showed Washington County Commissioner candidate Pam Treace, but was not produced or authorized by the campaign itself and remains a mystery.  More details here in The Oregonian story.
