Poll: Kotek 45%, Drazan 44%?

We noticed this YouTube channel called Election Time (388K subscribers) that used consolidated poll averages to come up with a Governor Tina Kotek and Senator Christine Drazan re-match that was very close.   It showed Tina Kotek at 45% and Senator Christine Drazan at 44%.
