World Cup fans (part 14): USA niceness stumps French

As international fans visit America for the World Cup games they are sharing their experiences online.  One French guy, new to America, shared on how super-friendly our waitresses are.

“Americans, they’re so nice. … My waitress, she came over and talked to us like like we had known each other for a year. She it was like she wanted to be my best friend. And at the end, I felt stupid not to leave a tip. “
