Independent journalist Kevin Dahlgren shows a video of one man who is estimated to have created over one million pounds of garbage and hoarding items over a period of a decade.

An example of how one homeless person ruins it for all others. He’s a notorious hoarder who will completely destroys an area. Over the last ten years I estimate he’s responsible for over a million pounds of trash not counting all his vehicles. pic.twitter.com/pkrbjR4HNo
