Meme for Measure 117: Rank Choice Vote scam

Measure 117’s claim that Rank Choice voting is easy to understand, needs to look no further than Portland where Rank Choice Voting was approved in 2022 and is currently being used for the 2024 Portland ballot.

Portland has been issuing full page ads and web promotions to help voters understand it.  The local TV stations have been doing extensive explanations.  It is not working.

Portlanders are confused.

Look at the ballot.
