Judge allows public to party crash Lake Oswego

An Oregon judge ruled that the City of Lake Oswego cannot block public access to the lake. They must remove the no-access sign and remove all restrictions. It is not enough to give the public viewing access, they must have access to the lake itself.

Many Lake Oswego residents have stated that the lake is private and should not have public access.
