Notorious rioter gets hand-slap

A 35-year-old anarchist accused of vandalizing three Portland businesses (Chipotle, Umpqua Bank, and a security company) and the Democratic Party Headquarters (damage shown above) during riots in 2020 saw a judge reduce his charge from a felony riot and criminal mischief charges to a misdemeanor. Darrell Kimberlin, who pleaded guilty to the felony charges, also is accused of posted personal information of law enforcement officers and photos of them and their families online. Multnomah County Judge Angela Lucero reduced the charges against Kimberlin on July 11, opening the door for him to have all charges expunged. His attorney said Kimberlin paid $50,000 in restitution and completed 18 months of probation.  Kimberlin’s $50,000 restitution does not cover the total damages he did, which is estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.   Vandalizing a small business during a riot season can cause their insurance to spike for years.

What is the price for threatening law enforcement by doxing them and their families?  Apparently not much according to this liberal-logic decision.
