Hotels dump mattresses on street for homeless (not good)

A hotel in downtown Portland has been donating mattresses to the Homeless. (Dropping them off on the sidewalk) I saw five mattresses. A few Homeless told me they are covered in bed bugs. pic.twitter.com/9SBk8kBlHI
