U of O Law School Dean Concedes Discrimination

Shortly after the Oregon Catalyst ran this follow-up piece last Friday on an alleged discrimination against a submitting author to the Oregon Law Review, because the author came from Israel, the dean of the University of Oregon’s Law School publicly disclosed for the first time that the university’s investigation “found that OLR engaged in conduct that, on its face, was discrimination based on perceived national origin.” No kidding.
