Lars Larson: Rep. Tran learns not to question her own party

The Northwest Nonsense

Imagine how terrified Thuy (to-WE) Tran must have been this week when she departed from the party line at the legislature in Salem and got dragged into the hallway for a talking to.

Tran belongs to the Democrat Party and allegedly represents people in the 45th district in southeast and Northeast Portland.

A gun bill, to strip more rights from citizens, was about to die in committee and Tran voted “no” on advancing the bill.

Right there in the middle of the vote, Judiciary Chair Jason Kropf, the bill’s sponsor and a fellow democrat, didn’t like Tran’s vote, so Kropf stopped the vote, right in the middle of
the vote, and took Tran to the hallway.

A few minutes later, a chastened Tran was upset and crying when she returned to the room with Kropf and voted, “yes” the way her Party Masters instructed her.

Democrats simply don’t tolerate disobedience by members of the Party of Slavery.

Democrats in Salem and Olympia have now led yes votes on gigantic taxes they know citizens oppose.

Citizen testimony on taxes, tolling, roads, bridges and guns gets ignored.

Now, does anyone want to tell me again how democrats protect democracy?

That’s the Rose City Rap. Join me at noon on KXL for 4 hours of Honestly provocative talk. I’m Lars Larson
