Full page ad on +83% Hotel Tax …. no mention of hotel or 83%

Two days in two weeks there have been a full-page advertisement in The Oregonian.

This ad touts a simple 1.5% tax for wildlife …

… but it nowhere mentions that HB 4134 is a tax on hotels which has nothing to do with wildlife.

Neither does the ad mention that it is a +83% tax hike on the hotel tax, also called the Transient Lodging Tax

By hiding the details, it means that the tax is unpopular.
